All of our parcels are sent via Royal Mail, first class.

We aim to send out your order the following working day or at least within 2-3 working days. However this isn’t always possible, due to weather or covid restrictions!

If you give us an email at sales@barrowandfield.com if we can be of any help to ensure you receive your B&F parcel by the required date.

Returns & Refunds

Thank you for your order; and welcome to the Barrow&Field Clan!

However if your purchase is not suitable and you wish to return it for a refund or exchange, please drop us an email at sales@barrowandfield.com and we will help you organise another size

/ item or a return.

You can return all unworn purchases up to 14 days after they have been delivered, however items will require to have the B&F hang tag inside to be accepted for a refund or exchange.

Please ensure the item is in a perfect, resalable condition and it is returned in its original packaging.

We recommend to return orders to us via a tracked & signed for service, as we cannot take any responsibility for parcels that are lost or damaged before they reach us. Once we receive your return, your refund will be credited to the original method of payment (within 3 – 5 working days) or exchanged.
